Welcome to Keyverse Games, produced by Mountain Rock State LLC ("Mountain Rock State," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or playing any game on this site (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using the Service

Keyverse Games is provided free of charge, directly in your browser, with no account or download required. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Do not use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• All game content, code, branding, and design are the property of Mountain Rock State LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, redistributed, or sold without permission.

Intellectual Property

Keyverse™ and the Keyverse™ name and logo are trademarks claimed by Mountain Rock State LLC under U.S. common law. Mountain Rock State LLC has not completed federal trademark registration with the USPTO at this time, and the ™ symbol does not represent a federal registration — it is a public notice of Mountain Rock State LLC's claim to and use of the Keyverse™ name and brand in commerce, including across all supported languages and localized versions of the Service.

All original source code, game text, artwork, level design, and interface content — including every translated and localized version of that content — that make up Keyverse™ are the copyrighted work of Mountain Rock State LLC, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Case #1-15200158071, filed July 4, 2026). This notice is provided as public evidence of Mountain Rock State LLC's ownership and intent to enforce its rights, and is intended to place users and third parties on actual notice of that claim. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, translation, or modification of the Service or its content is prohibited and may be treated as a knowing infringement.

No Account Required

The Service does not require registration. Any gameplay progress is stored locally in your browser and is not tied to a personal account.

Advertising

The Service may display advertising (for example, through Google AdSense) to help keep Keyverse Games free to play. Ads, when present, will be clearly identifiable as advertising and will not require any deceptive action to dismiss or continue.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability
